Medical Scientific hand in hand with its commercial partner in Mexico: CARCAL, have joined efforts to provide innovation and technological breaktrhoughs to one of the most important and prestigious breast cancer detection centers in the Latin American region, FUCAM (Mexico’s Breast Cancer Foundation).

Thanks to this collaboration, we have started  a Pilot Program for AI-Assisted Mammography Reading using our very own brAInray™, the most powerful mammography reading assistance algorithm on the market for Radiologists

The objectives of this important project are:

• Enhance accuracy and promote early detection
• To elevate the level of patient care of the Foundation with innovative, world-class technologies.
• To train the brAInray™ algorithm with data from Mexican women, to improve accuracy in reviewing Latina patients, and to establish brAInray as the only AI mammography reading software trained with information from Latina women.

At the same time, we proudly implemented our powerful RIS PACS Orion™ in this prestigious institution, marking a new level of care in the management of medical images at FUCAM.

With both these implementations, we are committed to raising the level of care and improving the efficiency of medical processes, directly benefiting patients with faster and more accurate care.

FUCAM continues to be a catalyst for change in Mexico and all of Latin America, innovating to achieve a higher level of care for its patients and integrating advanced technological solutions.
